Loveable, romantic, affectionate, passionate, loyal, grounded, handsome, tall- these are just a few of the adjectives that my friends and loved ones use to describe me. I love to read and am basically a homebody. The occasional night out on the town and dinner and a movie is nice. I hate the gay club scene-and got out maybe once every other two years or so. I am a 38 year, African American man who is seeking friends with the possibility of more. I am 6'5" and have a average build (34-36 w). I go back and forth with glasses and contact lenses.
I believe that the best thing that could be said about me is that I am a man of integrity and that I demand the same thing from my friends.
I love the martial arts. I like to travel.
The man that I would be interested in would be able to intellectually stimulate me, he is college educated, employed and finanancially stable. He lives by himself and has his own transportation.
I have a weakness for guys who are grounded and prefer men over 6'. Masculinity is a MUST and effeminate men are deal breakers. I don't smoke so, a smoking man would be a deal breaker for me. A brother that goes to the club every time the door opens is not desirable as a possible mate.
I am 38 and I would be looking for a guy in the range of 35-44 years of age. My status is hiv negative and my potential partner would have to absolutely know his status.
Nothing is sexier to me than a man who takes care of himself-physically-emotionally and spiritually. I like in shape guys. A close minded man is the biggest turn off to me.
Although my dating preference is primarily African American; i love latino men and I am open -minded to any other ethnicity.
